After almost 20 years in the industry, I can confidently say, I've seen it and heard it all before.
Here's a list of questions that I'm commonly asked.
Due to the enormous variations in each wedding invitation, it's impossible to publish all the prices on our website. There are so many different things to consider other than just the quantity. This is why I'll do a phone or face-to-face consultation to discuss all the different components which make up the invitation.
We give estimates based on an hourly rate and on the common tasks required for your project. We will need information about what you have and what we need before we can do that.
Usually the best way to scope a project is with a face-to-face or phone consultation. Most people underestimate the amount of detail needed to get an accurate quote. Contact us, and we will reply with an estimate of the time required and a suggested budget.
Our fees include licensing for all designs we create specifically for our clients. Rights for your design will be given to you after the final invoice is paid in full.
We do, however, reserve the right to be able to use your design as part of our portfolio and for promotional purposes.
Artwork is subjective. We understand that not everyone likes the same things.
A deposit is required prior to the commencement of design work. We don't like to see our clients upset with a design. We provide between 4-6 samples of logos which are based on ideas discussed during the initial design consultation. We also provide a further 2 rounds of tweaks or reasonable alterations.
All artwork is watermarked until full payment has been made. Theft of artwork will not be tolerated. If you would not dine and dash, artists deserve the same respect.
Please see our portfolio of previous artwork. This is a sample of styles of design for various projects.
It is sometimes possible for us to do rush orders for an additional fee. Call us as soon as possible, and we will get back to you to let you know if we have space in our schedule for a rush order.
